The involvement in agricultural enterprise in the Czech and Slovak republics may be realised in several ways:

- By keeping your own company and, possibly in conjunction with a few other entrepreneurs, taking over a majority interest in a large-scale agricultural enterprise. Subsequently, a Western manager may run the enterprise.

- By fully taking over a company and emigrating there yourself, or having it run by an own manager.
